Shickley, Nebraska

Our Home! We made it... It is good. We've been unpacking boxes and putting stuff away for about 2 hours now. We are planning to go to a local church's Ice Cream Social this evening.

The trip went well. Today was better than yesterday. The girls did better. We didn't make any wrong turns. It didn't rain as hard for as long. We're home!

Shawn, Your last two words - We're Home! - reminded me of this poem, I hope I am not imposing.

Home is the one place in all the world where hearts are sure of each other. It is the place of confidence. It is the place where we tear off that mask of guarded caution which the world forces us to wear in self-defense, and where we pour out the unreserved communications of full and confiding hearts. It is the spot where expressions of tenderness gush out without any sensation of awkwardness and without any dread of ridicule.
